How a NUUX Engagement Runs
The same four stages on every engagement, whether it is a purchase card task or a simplified acquisition.
Discovery
We read the statement of work or the requirement, agree what success is measured on, and confirm the deliverables and dates in writing before any work starts.
Design
Research, information architecture and interface design, reviewed with you at fixed points. Accessibility requirements are designed in at this stage, not retrofitted at the end.
Build and Test
Implementation, then testing against the agreed criteria: functional, responsive, performance, and accessibility tested with automated tools, keyboard and screen readers.
Handoff
Launch, handover documentation, and reporting against the measures agreed at the start. Maintenance and option periods run on the same cycle.
