How to Buy One

A fixed-price quote against the named deliverable, with a W-9 if your office needs one on file. Quotes are issued the same business day.

Card charged

Your cardholder pays by government purchase card. SAM registration is not required where the card is both the purchasing and the payment mechanism.

Work starts

Work begins the next business day after payment, and delivery lands on the date written into the quote.

Larger or Combined Scope

If the requirement is bigger than a package, it runs through simplified acquisition. It does not get split.

NUUX will not divide a requirement into several purchases to bring it under the micro-purchase threshold. Splitting to avoid a threshold is not permitted, and the risk of it lands on your cardholder rather than on NUUX. If the scope is larger, the honest answer is a larger procurement, and NUUX will say so.
