Teaming and Subcontracting
NUUX fills the small business and small disadvantaged business categories on a prime’s subcontracting plan, under every NAICS code it is registered in. Signed size self-certifications naming the code and the corresponding size criteria are provided on request.

NUUX takes work between $15,000 and $350,000. Acquisitions in that band are set aside for small business unless the contracting officer cannot expect offers from two or more small firms at fair market prices. Send a sources sought notice number and NUUX responds with capability, size status and the codes the work maps to, within one to two business days.

Do you hold a GSA Schedule or a GWAC?
No. NUUX holds no contract vehicle today, and says so rather than letting you find out. The routes that do work now are purchase card micro-purchase at or under $15,000, open market simplified acquisition, and subcontracting under a firm that already holds a vehicle.
What is your registration and size status?
Registered and active in SAM.gov, UEI W75RU6LPM444 and CAGE 1ADA4, through 15 March 2027. Small business and small disadvantaged business under every NAICS code NUUX is registered in, and every one of those size standards is receipts-based. Signed size self-certifications are provided on request.
Do you accept a government purchase card?
Yes, on every package. A W-9 is provided on request, and a fixed-price quote is issued against a named deliverable before any work starts. SAM registration is not a precondition where the card is both the purchasing and the payment mechanism.
Do you have federal past performance?
No. The record is commercial and it is published in full, with named clients, measured outcomes, and references available for active opportunities. Under the responsibility standards, a firm without relevant performance history may not be found nonresponsible on that basis alone.
Where is the work performed?
Place of performance is the Continental United States. NUUX works to your program manager’s cadence, reporting and tooling, and will travel for kickoff or key reviews where a requirement calls for it.
