Section 508 and Accessibility

Where Federal Accessibility Actually Stands
In the FY2025 governmentwide assessment, Section 508 conformance averaged 1.96 on a five-point scale across 60 reporting agencies. Roughly a quarter of agencies did not test at least one category of their most-accessed content. Source: Section508.gov.
