Collision Repair Marketing for Shops and Multi-Location Groups

We plan, design and run marketing for collision repair shops and MSOs, from the website and search to ads and call tracking. The goal is booked repairs you can trace back to where the customer found you.

What is collision repair marketing?

Collision repair marketing is the work of getting drivers who need body work to find your shop, trust it and book, then showing which channels produced repair orders. It covers your website, local search, Google and Meta ads, and the tracking that ties a call or form back to the job.

Collision is harder to market than most local services. People need a body shop rarely, usually right after an accident, and often with an insurer pointing them toward a DRP shop. Most of the decision happens in one visit to your site or your Google listing, so that visit has to answer their questions fast.

Why do collision shops lose customers between the search and the repair order?

When we audited legacy collision repair sites, the same problems kept coming up.

Too many ways to get in touch.

Book an appointment, request an estimate and contact us all competed on the same page, so visitors didn't know which one to use.

Forms that asked too much.

Forms asked for far more than a shop needs to call someone back, and people gave up halfway through.

Answers that were hard to find.

The information people needed to choose a shop either wasn't there or wasn't easy to get to, so they went back to Google to compare.

A fourth problem we see across the industry.

Shops can count calls and form fills, but they can't see which ones turned into jobs in CCC ONE or CARWISE.

Results from the Quality Collision Group program

We worked with Quality Collision Group for close to two years, moving partner brands onto one shared system. Here's what two of those brands saw after launch. The numbers come from GA4 and Semrush, comparing before and after each launch (Kent in April 2026, Brandywine in June 2026).

What came after

Our work gave Quality Collision Group the results and a repeatable framework to win a bigger marketing budget, which they used to bring the program in-house on the foundation we built. The rollout is still going, on the same standards.

“I recommend working with the NUUX Design Studio team for website development. They’re very insightful and help streamline projects, so I never have to worry about not knowing where things stand in the process.”

Can you connect a web lead to the repair order in CCC ONE?

Most collision shops can see how many calls and form fills their marketing produced. Very few can see which of those became repair orders in CCC ONE or CARWISE, so marketing gets judged on clicks instead of jobs.

We've found a fix for that. If it's a problem for your shop or your group, let's walk through it.

Single shop or multi-location group: what changes?

The fundamentals are the same. What changes as you add locations is keeping each brand consistent while every shop still gets found and booked in its own area.

How does a collision marketing engagement work?

Research.

We go through your current site, search data and analytics, and map the path drivers take from search to booking.

Design and build.

New pages, a full redesign or a migration from your current platform, with every redirect mapped before launch.

Launch with tracking in place.

GA4, call tracking and conversion events are live on launch day, so results can be measured from the start.

Improve every month.

We watch what drivers do on the site, fix what slows them down, and adjust search and ad spend toward what books repairs.

Collision repair marketing FAQ

What does a collision repair marketing agency do?

It gets more drivers to choose your shop and book a repair. That usually covers your website, local SEO and Google and Meta ads. We also design the booking and estimate flow and set up tracking, so you can see which channels produce calls, estimate requests and bookings, not just traffic.

Do you work with independent body shops or only multi-location groups?

Both. Most of our collision work has been with multi-brand groups, and the same approach works for a single shop: a site that answers drivers' questions fast, strong local search, and one clear way to book.

Can you redesign or migrate our website without losing Google rankings?

Yes, when the migration is planned properly. We map every existing URL to its new page and set up 301 redirects before launch. When Brandywine Coach Works moved to its new site, every URL changed, and its top-three Google rankings still went from 47 to 50 terms.

How do you track whether marketing turns into repair orders?

We set up GA4, call tracking and conversion events before launch, so calls, estimate requests and bookings are measured by page and by location. Connecting a web lead to the repair order in CCC ONE or CARWISE is harder, and most shops can't do it today. We've found a fix for that, so ask us about it.

Do you run Google Ads and Meta ads?

Yes. We run paid search and paid social on Google and Meta and send that traffic to pages built to book, not to the homepage.

How long does collision repair SEO take to show results?

It depends on where your site starts and how competitive your area is, so plan on months rather than weeks. Kent Collision Center launched its new site in April 2026. Its organic traffic was down 40% year over year that April, and up 38% year over year by August.

Which website platforms do you work with?

Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot and Payload. We're a Webflow Premium Partner, and we migrate sites between platforms when the current one is holding a shop back.

How much does collision repair marketing cost?

It depends on how many locations you have, whether you need a new site or a migration, and which channels you want us to run each month. A single-shop site refresh and a multi-brand migration are very different projects. Tell us what you're working with and we'll scope it with you.
