Migrating a 26-brand collision network into one digital ecosystem

The QCG ecosystem redesign and platform migration are currently underway. Once the full system is launched across all partner brands, we will measure performance across booking rates, search visibility, user engagement, and funnel efficiency. Early launches have validated the new structure and have already improved clarity, consistency, and content scalability across the network.
26
Partner brands on one system
Twenty-six collision brands, each with its own site built at its own time. Every one had to keep its local identity and its search equity while joining a system the group could actually maintain.
The approach
Our approach focused on unifying the multi-brand experience, improving discoverability for customers, and creating a scalable system that supports both current needs and future growth. Each component was designed to bring consistency, clarity, and measurable performance across all 21 partner sites.
One structure, repeated
A hub and spoke content model covering services, certifications and locations, so every brand answers the same questions in the same order.
Search built into the architecture
The sitemap was designed around what people actually search for locally, rather than added as an afterthought once the design was finished.
Local identity preserved
Each brand keeps the name, the photography and the certifications its customers recognize. The system underneath is what is shared.
The stack behind this project
The tools this project actually ran on, grouped by the part of the work each one served.
Want results like this
You do not need a full build to find out if the product works. Let's design the part that answers the question.
