Results

A unified ordering flow, stronger tracking, and continuous creative optimization have made Chin Chin's digital ecosystem more measurable, more effective, and built for long-term growth.

Challenge

Chin Chin's website, its ordering flow and its marketing were three separate experiences. A customer could arrive hungry and interested and still not end up placing an order.

The Approach

Our approach focused on creating a unified ordering journey, improving visibility into performance, and building a marketing system that could scale. Each pillar worked together to reduce friction, support paid media, and create a measurable foundation for growth.

One journey, not three systems

We designed the path from first visit through to a placed order as a single experience, then made the marketing point into it.

A menu that makes people hungry

Photography-led browsing that carries the personality of the restaurant rather than flattening it into a list.

Ordering built for the phone

Most food ordering happens on a phone, so the flow was designed there first and the checkout kept short.
