We measure success by what a development team can build without asking a question. DivergeIT went from three applications designed separately to one library, one style guide and the documentation that makes both usable.

Separate web apps brought onto one component library

Challenge

DivergeIT sells security and IT services through its own software. Three apps had grown separately, so the same button existed three ways, and the forms that turn a free security check into a client felt bolted on.

We audited all three apps before drawing anything

You cannot standardize inconsistency nobody has cataloged. An audit of all three applications and a competitive analysis decided which components existed, which were missing, and what order to build them in.

The audit set the component list

Not our assumptions about it. Every existing pattern was cataloged before anything was replaced.

We kept their brand and rebuilt around it

Existing palette and typography retained, everything else standardized: a responsive grid, buttons with every state, forms and validation, modals, navigation, data visualization, cards, alerts and dropdowns.

We designed the lead form into the flow.

Free security check to captured lead, without it feeling like a handoff.

The system

The library, the states, and the screens assembled from them.

Want results like this

If your product asks people to convert inside a screen nobody designed for it, that is a system problem. Let's fix the layer underneath.
